Your account and information
You must be legally able to enter into the transaction, or authorized to act for the business placing the order. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and promptly correct any mistakes.
Keep account credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or material misuse, without removing obligations relating to an existing order.
Product information and orders
Before purchasing, check the exact model, refrigerant compatibility, electrical requirements, accessories, quantity and delivery address. Use the product listing and the manufacturer’s documentation for model-specific details.
Review the final price and any tax or delivery charges displayed at checkout. Promotions apply to the products and conditions shown in the offer; a discount on selected equipment is not a discount on every product.
An order reference acknowledges receipt of your submission. Follow the payment and fulfilment information provided for that order. If a material price, description or availability error affects it, we will contact you about the available options rather than substitute equipment without your agreement.
Delivery and cancellations
We deliver across all 50 US states. Our estimated delivery time is four to five business days in total from our stock until receipt, including processing and transport. Free delivery applies during the advertised promotional offer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
We do not accept voluntary cancellations after an order has been placed, including before dispatch. Please check your selection carefully before ordering.
This cancellation policy does not remove rights required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a delay requires your consent or a cancellation/refund option, we will provide the applicable information and options.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Our store return policy provides a seven-day request window after delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect items where evidence shows the problem was not caused by the customer. Obtain authorization before returning equipment. We pay return shipping for approved returns under that policy.
We handle approved refunds and process them within three days after approval; payment-provider posting times may vary.
RobinairUS provides a two-year store warranty on all products sold through the store. This is separate from any manufacturer warranty. Contact [email protected] for claim assistance and consult our linked policy pages for the applicable process. These commitments do not replace mandatory legal protections.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, malicious code, unauthorized access or disruption. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights or misrepresent your identity.
Website content and product materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights. Robinair, Bosch and other brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to browse does not grant a trademark license.
You may use product information to evaluate a purchase and retain order documents for your records. Other reuse requires the appropriate permission or an applicable legal exception.
